Human Empowerment and Neighbourhood Development Foundation (HEND Foundation) is a Nigerian non-governmental organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, established in May 2025.
Born out of a compelling vision for national transformation, HEND Foundation exists to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and equip institutions with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to drive sustainable prosperity — from the neighbourhood to the national stage.

Ayodeji Oluwafemi Ajide is the Visionary and Executive Director of HEND Foundation — a man of deep conviction that Nigeria's greatest resource is not oil, but its people.
With a passion for national development, youth empowerment, and strategic leadership, Mr. Ajide founded HEND Foundation to create a structured and deliberate platform for transforming lives, building communities, and consulting government towards smarter, more impactful policies.
